    Consultation – 2 hours · $250
    Comprehensive planning for comfort, accessibility, and independence.

    Design Services – $125/hour
    Advanced planning and execution, including:

    Complete measurements & inventory

    Tailored layouts for safe movement and long-term function

    Recommendations for universal design, lighting, flooring, and adaptive products

    Contractor coordination for installations and modifications

    Ongoing quality reviews

    AutoCAD / Digital Drawings – *Priced per job

    *Detailed digital drawings for furniture placement, space layout, or architectural and mechanical planning.

    Retainer

    Minimum retainer of $1,250 required to begin project work.
