Meet Deborah Osman

My love for design started in childhood—building tree forts with my father and growing up in a home filled with creativity. With a father who owned a paint and wallpaper store and a mother who ran an interior decorating business, design quickly became second nature.
I pursued architecture and interior design in college while working full-time, eventually earning my degree. Along the way, I became a licensed appraiser and real estate professional, blending my eye for design with an understanding of how it impacts home value.
Today, I use that combined expertise to help clients make smart, beautiful choices. Whether it’s staging, renovations, or floor plan updates, my goal is to create spaces that feel personal and purposeful—and that serve as a strong investment for the future.

David Yee brings a thoughtful, business-minded approach to real estate at The Added Touch. Licensed in Maryland, Virginia, and Florida, he helps clients navigate the buying and selling process with clarity, strategy, and calm professionalism.
Before entering real estate, David built a career in both the corporate tech sector and as a small business owner. That experience shaped his ability to problem-solve, communicate effectively, and keep complex transactions on track—all qualities clients rely on during one of life’s biggest decisions.
A longtime Annapolis resident, David understands the area's unique charm and strong sense of community. Whether advising buyers, preparing listings, or supporting design and staging efforts, he approaches every detail with care, always focused on creating a seamless and rewarding experience.
