    The initial 1-hour consultation ($125) is non-refundable and applied to approved work.

  • 1. Consultation & Preparation Plan

    We create a tailored checklist so your property is photo- and showing-ready.

    2. Installation Day

    Complete staging with rented furnishings and accessories, styled for maximum buyer appeal.

    3. Photography & Showings

    Property remains staged for a minimum of 8 weeks to maintain market impact.

    4. Removal & Wrap-Up

    We handle all pickup and removal once the property is under contract or sold.

    • Service Deposit: 20% due at booking to reserve installation date

    • Minimum Rental Period: 8 weeks (non-refundable); month-to-month extension available at 50% off the original price

    • All Furnishings: Display only—bedding, linens, and accessories are for visual appeal and not for use

    • Additional Fees: $150 rescheduling fee if pre-staging preparations are not completed

  • Key Notes

    • Staging is a professional design opinion, not a guarantee of sale

    • Customer authorizes furniture movement and provides property access (key or lockbox)

    • All items must be returned in original condition; replacement costs apply if damaged

    • Pets should be removed during staging to ensure safety and efficiency
